Refund Policy

Digital product

Indie Runway Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. No questions asked.

Certain regions may provide additional statutory rights (for example, a 7-day cancellation right in South Korea, Brazil, China, Canada, and Singapore). Where local consumer protection law grants you a longer or unconditional refund period, those rights apply.

Try before you buy

We offer a generous free tier so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. The free version includes:

  • Safe-to-Go readiness score (0-100)
  • Base, Downside, and Safety Gap runway calculations
  • Risk status assessment
  • Base projection chart line
  • Your top action recommendation

We encourage you to use the free version thoroughly before deciding to upgrade.

How to request a refund

Since Paddle processes all payments, refund requests are handled through Paddle directly. To request a refund:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email, or
  • Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund."
